Forgot username or password?
Click on the "Forgot your password?" link on the Profile Login page. Once you have entered your email address, an email will be sent to you directing you to create a new password.
Manage Your Account
If you would like to manage your account, once you have signed in click on "My Profile". Now, you are able to view all your information including order history, store credits, shipping addresses, as well as any new notifications.
When you return an item to Choxi you will receive a store credit for the entire purchase amount of the returned item (less the shipping & handling). Visit the "My Profile" page to see your available store credits.
